Beloved, let me encourage you to begin to bring in the harvest this year. Why are we not winning souls as individual believers? It’s because many have lost the passion for God. When passion for God is restored, then a passion for souls will emerge within you and then bang- you will be stirred up in your spirit to reach out. The Bible says,

“Then He said to His disciples, The harvest is indeed plentiful, but the laborers are few. So pray to the Lord of the harvest to force out and thrust laborers into His harvest.” Matthew 9:37-38

Think about this beloved, that it time now embrace a structure for soul winning but also an awareness of the harvest. Jesus’ main concern was the fact that man should regain the image of God and this can only happen when the gospel is preached, believed and embraced. The gospel has power to open even the gates of the palace, the poor, even every strata of society.

Here are some attitudes that we need,
1. Lift up your eyes for the fields are white (John 4:35). You must look up; facing up to heaven. Not looking down seeing the problems therein. Let us overcome the fear of failure and now activate soul winning.

2. Listen to the preceding and sending voice. The gospel has the power to penetrate the hearts of the people. The preceding voice is critical and goes ahead of us in the field.

3. The attitude of prayer is the way harvest will be gathered. Pray and act today!

4. The gather the harvest having the next season in mind. We must design the season so that we do not be out of touch with the realities of the fields. This is the season of harvest.

5. Harvesters enjoy eating from the field. Your food is available as you harvest.

6. Harvesters have the heart to honor the Lord with the produce. FIRST-FRUIT is the sign that the HARVEST is ready!

7. They rejoice and embrace the culture of encouraging others.
